Eligibility

The promotion is open to Australian, New Zealand and United States residents over the age of 18.

Employees, pets of employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

The promotion commences on 00:01:00 AM AEDT Friday April 18 2025 and closes on 23:59:59 PM AEDT Tuesday May 6 2025 or until stocks last (Promotion period).

To participate, customers must make a purchase above the specified minimum spend (calculated after any discount code applied) outlined below before midnight May 6 2025, or until stocks last. Only one gift with purchase will be granted per order. Customers may place multiple orders during the promotion period. To claim their gift, customers must select an available gift option in cart before completing their purchase. 

Gift Eligibility

Customers who place orders of a given value within the promotion period will be eligible to receive the following product as a free gift with purchase. Until stocks last.

Gift With Purchase Conditions

Gift with purchase only available while stocks last. Bed Threads reserves the right to alter or remove gift selections in accordance with stock availability. All gifts will be sent in the same shipment as the customer order. 

Returns of Eligible Purchases

If an eligible purchase is returned for a refund, the following conditions will apply:

Return of the Free Gift: The free gift must also be returned in its original condition (unopened and unused) along with the eligible purchase to receive a full refund.

Failure to Return the Free Gift: If the free gift is not returned or is returned in a damaged or used condition, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial Returns: In the case of a partial return of items where the remaining purchases would not have met the original eligibility criteria for the free gift, the customer must either return the free gift or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund of the remaining items.

Prizes and Winning

The random prize draw will take place at 14-16/108 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery 2018.

One winner will be drawn at random using a Random Number Generator. There will be one winner globally.

The winner will receive the following prize pack valued at over $900 AUD.

Prize Conditions

Any breakages or loss of product at the fault of the customer, will not be replaced.
