1. The promoter is: BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD ABN 50619946995 whose registered office is at Unit 2, Warehouse 2, 2 Greenhills Ave, Moorebank NSW, 2170
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The competition is open to residents worldwide. Employees of BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition may not enter.
4. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- An entrant must place an order from www.bedthreads.com / www.bedthreads.com.au / uk.bedthreads.com / www.bedthreads.co.nz throughout the duration of the giveaway period (Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Thursday, December 2, 2021).
- Proof of purchase (i.e a screenshot of the order number) must be uploaded to the entrant’s Instagram Stories throughout the duration of the giveaway period.
- The entrants’ Instagram accounts must be set to public.
- Any entries uploaded to ‘Close Friends’ lists only will not be eligible.
5. The prize is as follows:
- The randomly drawn winner will receive a refund in full of their total order value.
6. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
7. An entrant may enter once a day for the duration of the competition period with the same order number. Only one entry per day per order will be accepted.
8. Each day of the giveaway period, a winner will be chosen by random at 5pm AEDT. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message after 5.01pm AEDT the same day.
9. Entries will no longer be accepted after 4.59pm AEST Monday, November 29, 2021.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this competition. @bed.threads is the only verified account of the promoter and only correspondence regarding the competition via this account should be trusted.
12. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received.
13. The winner will be notified by DM after 5.01pm AEST on each draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winners’ names will be announced via @bed.threads Instagram Stories, which will stay public for 24 hours after the draw.
