Lisa Danielle

What’s the most important aspect of your nighttime sleep routine and why?

I really love moody soft lighting, sometimes even candlelight. It helps us wind down and sets the mood for a dreamy night.

How essential is linen for you to sleep well?

It’s so essential! Investing in good quality bedding and linens has made such a difference to our sleep quality, we always look forward to sleeping in our own bed, there’s nothing better.

How do you make sure you start every morning right?

I have a nice sleepy cuddle with my kids, hubby brings me a coffee and then I slowly get up and make them brekky.

What’s your #1 sleep tip?

If I have a busy mind, I jot down a to-do list for the next day so I can get my thoughts out and then sleep easy. I also try not to look at my phone just before sleep.

Lizzy Hadfield

What’s the most important aspect of your nighttime sleep routine and why?

Having a bath and reading before bed is my ultimate luxury. I find it so relaxing and an important time away from my phone and it really helps me wind down. Sometimes I can barely keep my eyes open in the bath!

How essential is linen for you to sleep well?

Very! I love my bed to feel as luxurious as possible, like the experience of getting into a hotel bed, but at home.

How do you make sure you start every morning right?

By making a beeline to the kettle. The thought of a cup of tea is truly what motivates me out of bed!

What’s your #1 sleep tip?

Prioritise it! I have gone through phases of my life where I really struggle to sleep, and the impact it has on my mental health is huge. I know how important it is for me to get eight hours, and how much happier I am for it, so I try to always prioritise that!

Polina Meshkova

What’s the most important aspect of your nighttime sleep routine and why?

No phone for at least 40 minutes before bed. Blue light is notoriously disruptive to our circadian rhythm and melatonin production, so I always plug my phone in for the night away from my bed and set the alarm on my actual alarm clock.

My cortisol supplement. It helps regulate cortisol levels, reduces stress, and lets me have a night of good, restorative sleep.

How essential is linen for you to sleep well?

I LOVE my linen sheets. They make my bed so cozy and get softer with usage and every wash. I’m always excited to get into bed every night because I know I’ll sleep well. I love the natural feel of them, and linen sheets do a great job of regulating temperature – whether it’s during hot summer nights or cold New York winters.

How do you make sure you start every morning right?

I wake up as soon as my alarm goes off (no snoozing), immediately make my bed, and drink a large glass of water with ARMRA (my favourite supplement). I avoid caffeine for the first hour and a half because having it too early leads to an energy crash later. I also avoid using my phone for the first 40 minutes or so. I really try to take that morning time for myself and focus on things that set my mood for the day: journaling, meditation, or going for a walk in the sun if it’s nice out.

What’s your #1 sleep tip?

Bringing it back to my first answer – no blue light. No iPad, no iPhone, no laptop, and definitely no social media scrolling before bed. Just give yourself time to settle into relaxation: drink some herbal tea, light some candles, read, meditate, or stretch. There is so much more you can do instead of adding more time to your screen time.

Serena Goh

What’s the most important aspect of your nighttime sleep routine and why?

The most important aspect of my nighttime sleep routine is creating a sense of calm and transition from the day. I have a whole nighttime ritual that helps with this. One non-negotiable as of lately is the Nue Magnesium Ease body spray. Apparently magnesium is most effectively absorbed through the skin so I spray this all over my shoulders and neck.

I also love a solid skincare routine - a serum and moisturiser, sometimes a collagen overnight mask. I love going to bed looking like a glazed donut. Then of course tracking my sleep through my Oura Ring. These simple routines help me detach from the day and ease into a more restful state.

How essential is linen for you to sleep well?

Linen is important, but more than just the fabric, it’s about the overall softness and breathability that create that comfort I crave. High-quality bedding makes a difference in how rested I feel, especially if it keeps me cool while still being cosy.

How do you make sure you start every morning right?

A slow, intentional start sets the tone for the day. I try to give myself a moment of stillness, whether that’s staring at a wall after a long shower, drinking chia lemon water, or obsessing over a skincare routine. I like to create space before diving into the day’s demands.

What’s your #1 sleep tip?

I might be the wrong person to ask this because I can be quite inconsistent, but I know that consistency is key – having the sleep timing right is the best way to feel well-rested. That, and avoiding screen time right before bed, but if you’re single, sometimes it’s relaxing to just send memes to your friends before bed.

Claire Zinnecker

What’s the most important aspect of your nighttime sleep routine and why?

I love to shower (or at least rinse off) before getting into bed. I've also recently started journaling once I get in bed as well.

How essential is linen for you to sleep well?

We exclusively sleep in linen. In Texas the weather changes by the house and linen stays cool when it's hot and keeps me warm when it's cold. AND it just gets softer with each wash.

How do you make sure you start every morning right?

Every morning I bring my little one in to nurse and snuggle before the chaos starts. Our mornings are wild and I'm not an avid strict bed maker but I always pull the covers up and straighten them. Everyone needs a little order in the morning!

What’s your #1 sleep tip?

It's a tip I break daily - don't get on your phone an hour before your "bedtime"!
