You may have noticed our shipping is not as speedy as usual. COVID-19 restrictions and lengthy lockdowns have led to significant delays within Australia Post’s country-wide network, impacting many businesses including ours.
Where are my Threads?
Our warehouse team is working incredibly hard to pack all orders in a safe and timely manner. If you’ve recently placed an order, your Threads will soon be carefully packed before awaiting pick up by Australia Post.
So, why haven’t they been sent?
Australia Post collects orders from our warehouse facility, and have recently been delayed in doing so, due to country-wide delays and a backlog in their network. We’re continually working with Australia Post to figure out ways to get your Threads to you as quickly as possible.
Why can’t I get onto customer service?
A lot of people are excited to get our Threads on their beds, and as a result, our customer service team has been inundated with enquiries. Rest assured, our team is working extra hard to get back to each and every one of you with a personalised response.
